Our Organics

ORGANIC HEIRLOOM TOMATOES

Three pack options:

10lb large mix, baseball and larger size. Medium pack size baseball and smaller.

Choice pack, 1 inch growth crack or more at stem end; may also pack softer or more ripe fruit in a choice also. All packs strive for at least a three color mix of 16 available varieties in four color categories red, yellow, orange, purple.

Harvest dates will be Mid June, peaking July 5 and finishing sometime in August. Two loading locations, Bakersfield and Kerman, CA. Ads set at the $ 27.00 mark on the large mix. May see some fruit in late July around $ 20.00. Value pricing opportunities for medium and choice grades.

Success on heirlooms is packing the right varieties and shipping them in the right stage of maturity. Having outlets for the small and soft fruit is another challenge. All ideas and programs are welcome.
